MemPore designs and builds systems to transform used lubricating oil into valuable clean base oil with the cleanest technology in the industry.
The origin of MemPore traces back to 2006. The founder, Oleh Kutowy, a former senior scientist at Canada’s National Research Council (NRC) specialized in the design of clean technology for purifying fluids and oils. He spent many years applying his electrochemistry background developing tailored nanofiltration technology for energy-efficient filtration and purifying processes. In 2010, Alastair Samson, a seasoned business and technology executive, joined the company as President & CEO to lead commercialization and business operations.
